We build every cable at our facility in Buckinghamshire. That means you can specify exact lengths, colours, and branding without committing to container loads. When you need to change something, we change it. Next batch, not next quarter.
What we supply
Cables built for your chargers, to your spec, with your branding. For stock or drop-shipped to your customers.
Tethered cables
Hardwired cables for home and workplace chargers. Installer-ready with prepared ferrules and clearly labelled comms wires. Any length from 2m to 50m.
Untethered cables
Plug-to-plug cables in Type 1 and Type 2. 3kW to 22kW. Include them in the box with new charger installations or sell as accessories.
Branded cables
Laser-printed logos on the plug, branded carry bags, or work with our design team on custom outer-shell tooling. Your brand, our build quality.
Replacement cables
Premium tethered and untethered cables your customers can order when they need a longer reach, a replacement, or a spare. Dropshipped on your behalf.

Step 1
Tell us what you need
Share your spec. Lengths, colours, plug types, power ratings, branding. We will confirm what we can build and quote accordingly.
Step 2
We build samples
We send samples for your team to test and approve. Adjust anything before production starts. No commitment until you are happy.
Step 3
Ongoing supply
Once approved, we build and ship on your schedule. Next day for standard orders, one to two weeks for volume. Adjust quantities as demand changes.

28 test points. 4-wire Kelvin testing at one milliohm sensitivity. Built and tested to IEC 62196, IEC 61851, and BS EN 50620. Your name goes on a product you can stand behind.

What are the lead times?
Next working day for standard orders. One to two weeks for volume orders. We hold component stock so there is no waiting for materials to arrive from overseas.
Can you match our existing cable spec?
Almost certainly. Send us a sample or a spec sheet and we will confirm. If we need to adjust tooling or source a specific component, we will tell you the timeline and cost upfront.
What branding options are available?
Laser-printed logos on the plug surface, custom outer-shell tooling for your own plug design, and branded carry bags. We can also produce in custom colours with a volume commitment.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum for standard configurations. For custom branding or tooling, we will discuss volumes during the sample stage. It is usually lower than you expect.
Do you supply internationally?
Yes. We ship across the UK and EU. Our UK manufacturing base means lower carbon footprint and faster delivery than Far East alternatives.
Can you dropship to our customers?
Yes. We can ship direct to your customers in plain or branded packaging. Useful for replacement cables and premium sales.
