Shipping Policy

Cable Workshop offers simple and affordable delivery options.

Our warehouse and assembly are UK based. Local taxes and duties of destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. If you'd like us to pay duties and tax for you in advance please contact us on support@wottz.com.

Arrival Time

Your total delivery time is the dispatch + delivery.

Dispatch

When you select your cable, you'll see the status, either 'In Stock' or 'Custom Made'.

In Stock: Same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12noon, next working day dispatch for all order placed after 12noon.

Custom Made: 1 - 3 working days dispatch for small to medium volumes. We'll contact you with timescales for larger orders.

Delivery

Orders are sent via tracked courier service for delivery.

We use a range of couriers depending on whether your order made-to-order, from-stock and you location. These include DPD, DHL & FedEx. When you reach the cart you can get an estimate of your shipping costs, which will be applied at checkout.
